FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We're here to answer any question you may have. Can't find what you're looking for in the list below? Feel free to drop us an email anytime!

Can I pay with cash?

We are a cashless site and only take card payments for entry, kids tickets and beer service. However, our other vendors may take cash at their own discretion.

Are pets allowed?

We welcome all of your four legged friends, as long as they’re kept on a leash and are well behaved. However, please note they are not allowed in the tents, or in the picnic area. We also have other animals at the festival, so please bare this in mind.

Can I bring my own food & alcohol?

Outside food and alcohol is not permitted at the site. We have a beer and cider station for you so you can get a nice cold drink in the sunshine, plus plenty of non alcoholic options. There are also multiple food trucks with different cuisines, so we’re certain you’ll be able to find something you like!

Can I smoke onsite?

Smoking is not permitted on site.

Are the kids games free?

Most of our kids games are free to play, however there will be ticket prices for the Vancouver GAA Dunk Tank, pony rides, bouncy castle and sticky soccer. Partial proceeds will go towards our charity partners PRDA and Don’t Go Hungry.
Please note that the Pony Rides and the Vancouver GAA dunk tank are only available on Saturday August 19.

What about parking or transit access?

There is no parking at The Irish Fusion Festival. We recommend walking or biking from a local Skytrain station at Chinatown or Main Street Science World. Chinatown station is a 5 minute walk & Main Street Science World is a 10 minute walk. There are local paid parking locations that can be found using this website: Parkopedia. Simply edit your dates and times for accurate information.

When is my favorite artist playing?

The schedule will be announced on our social media @theirishfusionfestival on Friday 11th August at 5pm!

Can I bring my own chair?

Due to space restrictions, please do not bring your own chairs into the festival. There will be picnic benches provided, as well as chairs located around the site.

What happens if it rains?

The show must go on! We have plenty of tents to cover the area should it rain, so you can put that umbrella away! The weekend will be incredible no matter the weather.

Is the festival accessible?

Our site has no stairs and has an accessible washroom.

Can I leave the site and come back?

As long as you have a valid wristband for the day, you are welcome to leave and come back.
